From the housekeeping team who ensured the rooms were immaculate daily to Anna at the front desk, whose friendly demeanor and fluency in English made check-in a breeze, every interaction was a delight. the hotel's strategic location near the Central Market allowed for easy access to local dining options, like Restaurante El Pueblito and La Papa Loca, enriching the overall experience. the rooftop terrace provided a serene setting for morning coffee with beautiful views, adding a touch of tranquility to each day. the complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms was reliable, catering to my need for staying connected. Casa De La Palma exceeded my expectations in every way, combining cleanliness, convenience, and warmth to create a truly memorable stay.
